We dispatch from New Zealand and ship to most countries internationally. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact customer service at info@patinalingerie.com and we will do our best to facilitate your needs. 

All orders are charged in NZD and automatically converted from local currency according to the exchange rate. Once an order has been placed it is unfortunately not possible to cancel it. 

DUTIES & TAXES FOR US DELIVERIES

All US orders ship via DHL Express with duties and taxes included — your order will arrive without additional fees. Our typical delivery timeline is 3-7 working days. 

DUTIES & TAXES FOR OTHER NON-NZ DELIVERIES

For shipments outside New Zealand, the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local taxes. Payment is required in order to release goods from customs on arrival.

Unfortunately we are unable to advise the amount this may be. We recommend speaking to your relevant local authorities to procure an estimate if required.

PATINA is not responsible for any merchandise that is damaged or lost during transport. We pack all orders with care and attention and work with only trusted fulfilment and shipping providers.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction with our collection is of utmost importance to us. 

For our bras, we are pleased to accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition with any tags attached and must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered in any way. The customer bears responsibility for return shipping costs. 

For hygiene reasons, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges on briefs or thongs. We offer sizing information including measurements on each product page in order to match you with the correct size. Please do not hesitate to reach if you'd like any additional measurements or fit comparisons against other brands.
