Technically not a colour, black is the absence of light, or the presence of all of it, depending on who you ask.
For us, it feels like less of a shadow, and more like black granite. But through mesh it does something particular. The fabric carries the colour but holds it loosely — black that breathes, that lets skin interrupt it. A little more negotiation than the colour usually implies, and a lot less armour.

Strong. But a little slippery too.
